Order lead time is normally 7-10 days.  In the event of an item being out of stock we will contact you and advise you of a delivery date. Please make sure you give us either a telephone number or valid e-mail address to contact you.

Each product has a weight and will incur postage charges based upon that (we do not operate flat postage charges). This means that small lighter items will not cost as much to post. Orders above £35.00 in  value will also be sent Recorded Delivery or via a courier and will require a signature.  If you are not in during the day, please do considering giving us your work address for delivery.

We will use 2nd class Royal Mail for all weights up to 1000 gr.

The costs for P&P to the EU/EEA are as listed below. All our products are checked out by weight and the corresponding postage charge then applies. For any parcels over 2kg please contact us first to obtain an accurate shipping cost.
