Machine washable high-vis nylon overlaid with reflective tape and lined. These are very effective, but unlike the Tape or Deluxe Legbands (which can wipe clean) - they HAVE to be machine washed.
2 Velcro on/off tabs. 5 inch depth. Because of theeir long length the legband can be worn directly onto the legs or over boots.
