Any free products supplied as part of the product purchase must be returned with the product, otherwise we may deduct the full list price of the missing items from any refund. Europe & Rest of the World customers will be refunded on the card used for the original payment. You must provide payment card details for P&P charges, and to charge the difference in case the item to be exchanged is of a higher value than the one returned. Goods which, in your opinion, are damaged or faulty through defective materials or poor workmanship should be returned for inspection immediately (we recommend you get proof of posting). Under no circumstances should items continue to be used when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged/faulty condition. P&P fees will be reimbursed for justified damages.
Every effort is made to maintain the prices quoted on this website but this is not always possible. We reserve the right therefore, to discontinue any item from this list and change prices as and when necessary. We will contact you and offer a suitable alternative where this is possible. VATPrices shown include VAT where applicable. VAT will be charged to UK customers at the prevailing rate. Customers in Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man will not be charged VAT. Customers in the EU will be charged VAT at the UK rate. Customers outside of the EU will not be charged VAT. VAT will automatically be deducted at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any Import Duty which may be applicable for their country.
