This Hatband is one size and is made from a 60mm wide elastic which is covered in 2 sections of fluorescent/reflective tape inset with a flashing strip back and front. Both strips flash red. The strips are USB rechargeable.   The elastic band stretches over all types of hats. It is available in yellow, pink or orange.
