Rechargeable Batteries
This is a very robust well made stunningly noticeable Flashing Breastplate which clips onto the "D" rings of the saddle and onto the girth.  It is multi size fitting from 14hh to !6.3hh.  The small bright string of LED lights are encased in a plastic tube which is placed either side of the breastplate 25mm wide webbing.  Inbetween these 2 tubes is a silver reflective strip.  The webbing is black so as not to show the dirt because the product is not washable.  The lights flash white and flash in fast mode, slow flash mode or on static mode with no flash.  Each of the 2 sections is easily turned on and off.  The batteries are fully rechargeable using USB cables (which are supplied:.  The top set of flashers can be operated whilst ridden making it easy to switch between modes during the ride.   

It is also available in red webbing with red flashing lights.
