UK Customers may pay by cheque; please note we are unable to dispatch goods until funds have cleared into our account. This is due to cheques no longer being supported by Cheque Guarantee Cards. Please allow 5 working days for funds to clear.
Returns & Exchanges
Refunds will be made for any items returned (at customer's expense, we recommend you get proof of posting) which are not damaged, and in original packaging within 14 days of receiving them. Any free products supplied as part of the product purchase must be returned with the product, otherwise we may deduct the full list price of the missing items from any refund. Please print off a copy of the Returns Form here and include it with your parcel. Any refunds in the UK will be made by cheque. Europe & Rest of the World customers will be refunded on the card used for the original payment. We will contact you for these details as they will not have been recorded during the original order process. Exchanges will be made for any items returned (at customer's expense, we recommend you get proof of posting) which are not damaged and in original packaging within 14 days of receiving them. Please print off a copy of the Exchanges Form here and include it with your parcel. You must provide payment card details for P&P charges, and to charge the difference in case the item to be exchanged is of a higher value than the one returned.
Goods which, in your opinion, are damaged or faulty through defective materials or poor workmanship should be returned for inspection immediately (we recommend you get proof of posting). Under no circumstances should items continue to be used when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged/faulty condition. P&P fees will be reimbursed for justified damages.
Every effort is made to maintain the prices quoted on this website but this is not always possible. We reserve the right therefore, to discontinue any item from this list and change prices as and when necessary. We will contact you and offer a suitable alternative where this is possible.

Cancelling an item
Under the UK's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 21 days, beginning the day after the delivery date. If you decide to cancel, please call and inform us on 0845 095 6810 and return the goods to us unopened and in their original condition. This applies to all our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for items where the packaging has been opened or for custom-made items.
To cancel your contract, return the item to us with the delivery note and a note confirming that you wish to cancel, and stating your contact details and customer number. The return address is V-bandz Ltd., The Bungalow, Roxton Rd, Great Barford, Beds. MK44 3LJ.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we arrange for the items to be collected we will deduct the cost of doing so from the amount refunded. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the purchase price for that item within 30 days.
