The Tassel Tailguard is very light for the horse to wear. It consists of a single 50mm wide elastic band which has been coated with silicone rubber inside to make it nice and grippy to the tail. The band is long enough to fit all sizes of tails.

The tassels are held in place at the top of the tailguard by a fluorescent/reflective strip of tape. The tassels are quite long (45cm) and very effective.

Care Instructions:

Do not let the hook velcro come into contact with the tassels (or they will snag). Make sure the tailguard is fastened after use and before washing.
it is machine washable at 40degrees , but we suggest that the strands are straightened as soon as it comes out of the washer and whilst still damp.
